I had a great stay at a well-located apartment in the heart of the city. The host was very helpful and made sure that my arrival went smoothly. Despite some noise from the surrounding area, the apartment itself was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. I would recommend this place for its value and convenience.

Apartamentos are in the city centre, close both to the railway station and the bus station. We travelled to different places. We had a two-room appartment. Rooms are spacious enough , two bedrooms, another large room with a tv corner, a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. Great bathroom. Everywhere is nice furniture. They also let us leave our luggage inside until 4pm.
The man we communicated with doesn´t speak English at all although all the e-mails from him were in E.

We had a great stay in Malaga not far from Alcazaba and Malaga and restaurants. The room was fancy with the double sized bed, pleasant to stay in. Breakfast was freshly prepared with lots of food. Everything was simply excellent.

Comfortable room with modern decor, a reliable WIFI connection, and a large double bed. The location is great, and it's close to everything 🌍.

As a group of 3 very fussy females, the apartment was perfect. The design, layout and facilities for the price was amazing - it was 20 euros per night, per person. The road it's on, looks a bit dodgy and dirty but from the moment we stepped over the threshold it was amazing. Excellent location for Malaga City and a 15 min walk to the beach. The apartment was for 4, double bed and then a very large, and comfy sofa bed. Everything was very modern and clean and for 20 euros a night could 100% not getting anything better.
One negative, after coming home from a night out, imagine our surprise when we saw a cockroach in the bedroom. However, it was only one, we got it out and then carried on with life.

Location was simply perfect and excellent, within a close distance from an unmissable museum. Everything was perfect, I had very very good stay, see u next time...

Dona Elvira Carreteria provided a great experience, allowing us to live like locals. the location was central and within walking distance of major attractions. the air-con in the living and bedroom areas was superb, and the apartment was well-equipped. We enjoyed the convenience of having a cafeteria and supermarket nearby. the walk to the ocean took around 20 minutes, and we also received a recommendation for a local hangout called Pimpi's from our Segway instructor.
No negatives from this place. 👍.

Our apartment in Calle Jinetes 13 was a second floor apartment with steps up to a very spacy roof terrasse. The apartment it self was charming, just right for two people. We enjoyed staying there for 2 weeks and felt that we were treated with kindness. Calle Jinetes is a narrow street with hardly any traffic, and therefor no traffic noise. The flat had a good electric stove, and pots and pans, yes nearly all neaded for cooking and serving a meal, but it needs a cuttingboard to cut bread, tomatoes or salad on.. I would love to go back to one of the Dona Elvira flats another time. M Schwensen

Great experience during Christmas! the apartment was clean upon arrival and the air conditioning was very useful. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the city center and all its attractions. the living room was spacious and exactly as shown in the pictures.
The WiFi connection was slow and there were many apartments in one building, resulting in noisy guests. there was no cleaning service during our stay and no tools provided for us to clean ourselves.

Nice room, nice furniture, clean.
The surrounding streets were not especially nice (small dirty back street). The balcony was not a proper balcony, i e very narrow, not to sit on and facing the narrow back street. We had great problems with the key to the street door. It didn't quite fit. The staff should have checked that before we checked in. We could have contacted them of course, but we didn't. We missed the service that you get in a proper hotel (everyday cleaning etc). The towels never dried because of damp air and we had the same for four days. They were very wet in the end. The television didn't work (never contacted the staff about that either as it wasn't important for us).

Nothing at all. Very unpleasant.
The area they are located seemed dangerous and threatening. Not only that but the first apartment we were shown (the one we had booked) was directly opposite a building site with all-night pile-drivers and machinery and lights. We were shocked! The parking we had booked was closed due to the building work and we were offered a tiny underground parking space some distance away. We were then shown another apartment around the corner which had drunken men sitting on the doorstep. The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke.

The location is very close to start visiting the old Malaga; can be done by foot. The apartment is clean and the owners/staff helpful.
Streets are very noisy around the apartment building. The elevator is small, only for one person without luggage. During our stay, the elevator was not working ; the apartment is on the 3rd floor.

Room is very small for 5-6 adults There are 2 rooms that allow 2 in each room, but the beds are very small, and one is broken. So hardly to sleep. A lot of broken and very old furnitures, very unsafe to stay No blanket for all Smell very bad Chargning is too high, not a good value for money We are very disappointed. Booked.net should review the price tag as this apartment charging too high compared to the value the customer get. I pay Euro 190 for 2 nights. This acutally should cost me only Euro 50 compared to other hotels or apartments I have been stayed before (and booked via Booked.net). Very disappointed.
